Reg A

Reg A+ of Title IV of the JOBS Act permits private enterprises to raise up to $75 million from the public. Similar to an IPO, Reg A+ permits firms to issue shares to the general public, as opposed to just accredited investors.

Primary Raises

When securities are originally issued to the public, they do so on the primary market. The primary market is where a security is first offered to the public in the hopes of raising funds for the issuing company’s long-term operations.
