We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to your trading experience on INX ONE. Our team has been hard at work, and we’re excited to introduce our newly redesigned Deposits & Portfolio tab, aimed at making your depositing and withdrawing experience more efficient and user-friendly than ever before.
It is now easier than ever to differentiate between your Crypto USD balance and your Security Tokens USD balance; as well as transferring funds from one balance to another as you wish, without having to switch tabs constantly to check your balance for both.
Our new Funding Action Panel on the right hand side of the page lets you easily navigate whether you want to deposit or withdraw, and in which way you want to do so! Each option clearly outlines your next step and if you change your mind you can simply return back to the last step and continue from there.
You can also filter your assets by Cryptocurrencies and Security Tokens and now have a much clearer view of your Funding History and activity.
2 Factor Security boost for all
Our 2 Factor Authentication helps all our users remain safe knowing they have that added layer of safety to their account. Well we are adding on to that with some additional bolstering of the defenses.
If the wrong authentication code is entered 5 times then the account will be temporarily not able to login or attempt to for the next 30 minutes. Not to worry, if this was you and you had accidentally input the wrong code multiple times you can contact support at [email protected] or wait out the 30 minute period and then make sure you are entering the right and most up to date 2FA token.
Trading screen quality of life improvements
It is now easier than ever to navigate the Markets Tab directly from the main dashboard by clicking on the market you wish to trade in the overhead banner, and you will be taken straight to the relevant page.
Real time balance updates!
No more having to refresh the page, any update to your balance in the Portfolio and Dashboard/Menu will now update in real time in the case of a deposit hitting your account or a trade settling.
