The Firm may, at its sole discretion, reduce the commission paid by the Buyer or Seller.

Any fees beyond brokerage commissions charged by INX Securities, LLC related to a transaction for the account of User are designed to offset third-party fees generally charged to INX Securities, LLC in respect of such transactions, including without limitation any regulatory or transaction fee or tax assessed by any regulatory authority, self-regulatory organization or depository. Users may be required to pay mining fees for transfers of security tokens on the Ethereum or Avalanche Network. Users are solely responsible for all mining fees as well as all other costs and expenses incurred with respect to obtaining or using security tokens on the Ethereum or Avalanche Network.

INX Securities, LLC shall have the right to determine such fees at its reasonable discretion, and such fees may differ from or exceed the actual third-party fees properly paid by INX Securities, LLC in connection with any transaction. These differences may be caused by various factors, including, among other things, the rounding methodology used by INX Securities, LLC, the use of allocation accounts and transactions or settlement movements for which a fee may not be assessed.
