Terms and Conditions for the $20 Cashback Campaign

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in the $20 Cashback Campaign (“Campaign“) organized by INX Limited (“Company“). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

1. The campaign runs from February 1st, 2025 to May 1st, 2025 (the “Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is only open to the first 2,000 users who access the dedicated landing page, complete the registration process using the specified form and have their account approved on INX.One during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).
3. To qualify for the $20 cashback, Eligible Users must achieve a trading volume of $1000 on INX.One, within thirty (30) calendar days of their account approval date on INX.One (“Qualified Users”).
4. The $20 cashback will be credited to Qualified Users’ cryptocurrency balance within three (3) business days of meeting the qualification criteria outlined in paragraph 3.
5. The Company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to disqualify any users who engage in dishonest, fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activities during the Campaign, including but not limited to wash trading, bulk account registrations, market manipulation or other activities involving unlawful, fraudulent or harmful intent.
6. The Company reserves the right to disqualify anyone known or suspected of violating any of the Company’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the INX Digital Inc. User Agreement, INX Digital Inc. Terms of Service, INX Securities LLC Digital Trading Agreement, INX Securities LLC Securities Terms of Service.
7. All trades, whether or not in connection with the Campaign, are subject to trading fees and commissions.
8. All trades, whether or not in connection with the Campaign, are subject to potential loss, including total loss or principal. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
9. The T&Cs are subject to change or cancellation at the Company’s sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
10. The Company reserves the right to the final interpretation of theT&Cs.
